STEMNetX 2026 FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

Meet the Class of 2026 Fellowship

‍The 2026 STEMNetX Fellowship Program marks the third year of this growing initiative, building on the success of the 2024 and 2025 cohorts.

The 2026 Fellows successfully completed the STEMNetX Summer Boot Camp held May 18–22, 2026, where they participated in hands-on STEM workshops, industry tours, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities with educators, researchers, and industry leaders. Through experiences in Quantum Science, Nanotechnology, Space Engineering, entrepreneurship, and research, fellows gained valuable skills while building connections with peers from institutions across the country.

The fellowship continues through Fall 2026 with virtual workshops, mentorship opportunities, and community outreach initiatives. Additionally, select fellows were awarded STEMNetX Summer Research Grants to conduct faculty-mentored research projects at their home institutions, providing hands-on experience across a wide range of STEM disciplines.

2026 STEMNetX Research Grant Recipients

Through the STEMNetX Summer Research Grant Program, five fellows were selected to receive funding in support of faculty-mentored research projects at their home institutions. These projects span engineering, physics, environmental science, biomedical research, and advanced materials, providing students with opportunities to contribute to meaningful scientific discovery while developing valuable research skills.
