Dr. Bala is a distinguished physics professor and researcher. Teaching at major universities across the Northeast, she has always had a passion for helping students find experiential learning opportunities in their respective fields while continuing to educate and mentor.

Allyson is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Tennessee Technological University. With a deep fascination for physics and a commitment to advancing research, she is dedicated to sharing her enthusiasm for the field with others. She is excited to contribute to STEMNetX, where she aims to inspire many.

Jay Bala leads all tech efforts at STEMNetX and CCL-US. She has several years of experience in various technology fields and has a great passion for all things tech.

Business Development Associate
Vaani is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Bioengineering at the University of Pittsburgh. Her interests lie in medical product development and manufacturing in biotechnology industries. With her past experience in business development, Vaani is excited to make meaningful contributions to the StemNetX mission by supporting outreach goals and enhancing business initiatives!

Program Manager
Hailing from Clarksville, TN, and recently transitioning from Fredericksburg, VA, Rebecca brings a strong background in education, having served as an adjunct music instructor at the University of Mary Washington and worked with the Department of Defense Education Activity. Her passions lie at the intersection of education, science, and the arts. With academic degrees in Applied Physics, Music Technology & Performance, she brings a distinctive blend of innovation and creativity to STEMNetX.
